Heute Morgen kam es ab ca. 06:30 Uhr zu Einschränkungen bei einzelnen SHOPcloud360-Accounts. Ursache war ein ungewöhnlich hoher Zugriff durch ein Bot-Netzwerk.

Dank schneller Reaktion unseres Monitorings und Supports konnte die Situation bis ca. 08:00 Uhr weitgehend stabilisiert werden; vereinzelt traten noch bis etwa 10:00 Uhr Beeinträchtigungen auf.

Seitdem laufen alle Systeme wieder stabil und zuverlässig.

This morning, starting around 6:30 a.m., some SHOPcloud360 accounts experienced service disruptions. The cause was an unusually high volume of traffic from a bot network.

Thanks to the quick response of our monitoring and support teams, the situation was largely stabilized by around 8:00 a.m.; isolated disruptions continued until around 10:00 a.m.

Since then, all systems have been running stably and reliably again.
